Cash bar (flat $8.00/drink or wine)

o Lefse, provided by Don Hoganson, with butter and sugar
o Cucumber Salad, vinaigrette based
o Composed Salads
o Smoked Salmon served with Gravlax and flatbreads
o Herring
o Seared Pork Patties served with Lingonberry preserves
o Norwegian style meatballs based on lamb, veal and veal sauce
o Carving Station: Beef Tenderloin with roasted fingerling potatoes, cut by the chef himself
o Domestic display of artisan handmade cheeses including Jarlsberg provided by Don Hoganson
o Gourmet Crackers and Fresh Fruit Garnish
o The traditional NACC Marzipan Cake for dessert, served with Coffee
