About the Event
Background of presenter, Kevin Moe
Serving as Vice President, Credit Policy Officer, Kevin leads the credit administration for a region that includes Illinois, South Dakota, and areas of Nebraska. Kevin owes much of his success to the values his parents instilled in him at an early age. He applies that philosophy in treating others with respect in order to make a difference in things both big and small.
Credentials
Kevin joined the bank in August, 2017, and has been in the banking industry for over 29 years, primarily in ag lending and commercial banking.
Kevin holds a Business Economics degree from South Dakota State University with minors in Ag Business and Ag Marketing. He earned his Masters of Science in Finance from Georgetown University and his Master of Studies in Law with emphasis in Business Law and Financial Compliance from the University of Southern California’s Gould School of Law.
He is very active in Community, now Chairing Yankton Thrive, serving on Corporate Board for Boys and Girls Club of the Northern Plains along with new board member of South Dakota Ag and Rural Leadership.
Kevin is or has been involved as the President of the Boys and Girls Club advisory board in Yankton, as member of YAPG (Yankton Area Progressive Growth) Executive Committee and former President of Dakota Business Finance in Sioux Falls (Largest 504 SBA CDC in SD).
Kevin is also a Graduate of South Dakota Ag and Rural Leadership (SDARL).
Passions
Spending time with family and friends – especially over a good meal.
